I consent to receive all financial notifications from Texarkana College electronically through the online student portal (myTC), email, text message, or automated phone call. These notifications include information about charges, account statements, late notices, holds, payment plans, collections, legislative requirements, tax document availability, and other student notices.
I consent to receive my 1098T tax form electronically via myTC unless I have opted-out of electronic delivery. To opt out, I must send a written request containing my student ID number and current address to: Texarkana College / Student Accounts Office / 1098T Processing / 2500 North Robison Road / Texarkana, TX 75599. I understand my address must match the one on file and if it is not, I will update it in the Office of Enrollment Services before submitting this request. I understand that my request must be received no later than October 31st of the tax year for which I elect paper delivery.
If I do not fulfill the opt-out requirements prior to the deadline, I will be able to view and print a copy of my 1098T through myTC. Although the duration of this agreement is indefinite, I may withdraw my consent by following the instructions above. Confirmation of my consent withdrawal will be sent to my student myTC email account.*
To help you explore transfer opportunities, Texarkana College may share limited academic information—such as your major, GPA, and contact details—with select partner universities. This allows those colleges to tell you about scholarships, financial aid, and how your credits may apply toward a bachelor's degree.
If you prefer not to be included in this outreach, you may opt out by emailing registrar@texarkanacollege.edu with your name and student ID. In the subject line, please write "Data Sharing Opt-Out" so we can process your request more quickly.
Based on the information collected in this application, you will qualify for the below tuition rate. If you think this rate has been suggested in error, please email registrar@texarkanacollege.edu after clicking Submit.
The below tuition status is subject to change upon further review by the Registrar staff, so please be sure to monitor your billing statement on myTC once you have registered for classes.
